Tech/Customer Support: All customers can be assisted through success@richie.ai with a 24-48 hour response time. Our tickets address tech and general customer support issues. We've partnered with Tech Junkie to offer assistance with integrations on your end, such as domain providers and email providers. They charge $100/hour and we can make an introduction if you need further assistance.
