How do I do that? | Go to System Settings >> Settings >> Email Settings >> Pick your email provider. We currently support Mailgun, Mailchimp (Mandrill), Brevo, SendGrid, and Gmail. |

Am I able to connect via API to a lender? | The system is able to send an email submission, but not yet an API submission. We are actually planning on having some submissions done via API in the future (mid 2024) with a select number of pre-installed lenders. We are, however, able to receive submissions via API and also provide webhooks with submissions for Zapier. So you can technically create a zap on Zapier for an API submission, if you can create Zaps yourself. We do have api submissions on the enterprise plan. |

It is customizable on the Enterprise plan. However, if we are only referring to products (financing options), it is scheduled to be released in Richie 1.07 around February 20th. You will be able to either remove or add financing products to the application. |

Does it let the merchant sign the application? | About digital signature: When your merchant fills out the application we record a timestamp and the IP address which both serve as the digital signature. No additional merchant signatures are required. That is sufficient for 99% of the lenders. We worked like that ourselves since 2019 and have 97 brokers whose lenders also accept it. Nevertheless, you can download a PDF file from Richie AI and have your merchant double-sign it if necessary (very rarely). When you submit the file from inside Richie AI it sends a submission package to the lender of your choice: The submission package includes: - The application form in PDF format with the IP address and the timestamp - Statements that your merchant attached - Additional info from the application You can also submit the package to yourself in case you have to send it to a portal or forward it to others if necessary. |
